Terms of Use

Last updated: July 2026

Welcome to Doctor AI. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the doctorai.company website and the Doctor AI educational assistant (“Ada”, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Medical Disclaimer

Doctor AI provides general health information and educational tools only. It is NOT medical advice, NOT a diagnosis, and NOT a substitute for a licensed physician. The Service cannot examine you, order tests, prescribe treatment, or form a professional opinion about your specific condition.

Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you have read or received on this site. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition, medication, or symptom.

In a medical emergency call 911 (US) or your local emergency number. If you are experiencing a mental-health crisis, call or text 988 (US Suicide & Crisis Lifeline).

No Doctor–Patient Relationship

Using Doctor AI does not create a doctor–patient, therapist–patient, or any other professional-care relationship between you and Doctor AI, Ada, or anyone associated with the Service. No communication through the Service should be interpreted as clinical care.

Educational Purpose

The Service is designed to help you understand general health topics — such as what a symptom might mean, how a lab value is commonly interpreted, or how a medication generally works — in plain language. Information is provided for learning and self-education, and may be incomplete, outdated, or not applicable to your individual circumstances.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service lawfully and responsibly. You will not:

  • rely on the Service for emergency, urgent, or life-threatening situations;
  • use the Service to make decisions about starting, stopping, or changing any medication or treatment without consulting a licensed clinician;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the Service;
  • submit content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes the rights of others.

Accuracy and Availability

We strive to provide helpful and current information, but we make no warranty that any content is accurate, complete, or suitable for your situation. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doctor AI and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including any decision made or action taken based on information obtained through it. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
